Editing away!
Might be another LATE night tonight…went out for another shoot today: however not as fun as yesterdays shoot! Fun shots of me and Katie could be up later! Then watching the twins all day tomorrow. :)
Work hard, TRAIN HARDER
So todays workout consisted of a 20 mile bike ride with the twins in a bike trailer, 1.2mi HARD run (5:43 pace), 2.5 at medium (8:00 pace), 100 Jump Rope, 60 USMC Crunches, 100 JR, 50 Long Lever Sit Ups, 100 JR, 20 Blurpees, 100 JR, 10 Caterpillars into extended plank and hold 10s, 100 JR, 20 Side Crunches each side, 100 JR, 40 Standing Crunches, 100 JR, 60 Side Twists, 100 JR and 50 Traveling Push-Ups. :)
